Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund. Orders must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery to you.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $5.00, whichever is higher, and we do not pay for shipping, refund shipping costs or RUSH Processing fees. We do not accept returns on any personalized orders, Invitations and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.  You must obtain a return authorization number(RA#) and place it on the address label.  Any orders returned without an RA# will be refused and shipping charges will not be refunded on the refused package.

Please email us at info@yourfavorsandinvitations.com if you would like to return your order for and to obtain your RA#, or if you have any questions about our return policy. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are still subject to a 5% processing charge.

If your order or partial order arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier upon receipt of you shipment, notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the damaged items and arrange for the shipper to pick up the damaged goods.

*Please Note: We do not accept returns on discontinued, sale or clearance items.
**There is a $5.00 fee to change an order after it has already been processed.
